  1. The Objective

Develop a high-temperature insulated winding wire capable of continuous operation above 200°C in submersible motors pumping oils and chemically aggressive fluids under severe pressure and thermal stress.

  2. The Problem

Standard motor winding wire was not built for this environment. The combination of temperatures above 200°C, direct contact with oils and chemical media, and submersible operating conditions meant existing solutions posed serious insulation-integrity risks.

  3. What We Did

WIPE hotwire engineered a specialised high-temperature winding wire system using fluoropolymer and specialty insulation materials selected specifically for thermal endurance, chemical resistance and suitability for motor-winding processes. The solution was developed and validated against the actual service conditions of the application.

  4. What It Delivered

A high-performance winding wire solution that withstands sustained temperatures above 200°C in chemically aggressive, high-pressure submersible environments, where standard motor winding systems fall short.
