Overview
WIPE hotwire SXL wire is a wire harness cable for low-tension electric circuits in automobiles, manufactured to SAE J1128:2015 with cross-linked polyolefin (XL) insulation. Used in motorcycles and other motor vehicles for starting, charging, lighting, signal and instrument-panel circuits, SXL is designated a special-purpose construction, rated for a significantly higher temperature range than PVC-insulated automotive wire types.
Applications
- Wire harness of low-tension electric circuits for automobiles
- Starting, charging, lighting, signal and instrument-panel circuits
- Motorcycles and other motor vehicles
